- The returned product must be in a brand-new, unworn state, with all tags and labels on the clothing intact, without any stains, damage, or modification marks. As clothing is both practical and aesthetic, once worn, washed, or damaged, it may affect secondary sales, so such products will not be eligible for return. In particular, maternity clothing, which directly comes into contact with the sensitive skin of pregnant women, has stricter hygiene requirements. If there are signs of being worn, we will not be able to process the return for you.
- The returned product must be consistent with the product information at the time of your purchase, including style, color, size, etc. If there is a wrong delivery or missing item, it must be specified when applying for a return, and relevant order information and product photos must be provided as evidence. IV. Non-Returnable Situations
- Products that exceed the specified 30-day return period (or the 45-day period after communication and extension).
